The Blewog Blog

About.

Rhodri & his wife, Sibyl.

Hello there you person!

I really like you!

  • My name is Rhodri Tomos Brady.
  • I am nineteen years old.
  • Thanks to God, I am born again. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come” (II Corinthians 5:17). Read my testimony here.
  • I have Welsh heritage. Both my folks are Waleish and I speak the language yn rhygl iawn (sort of). See here.
  • I live in North London.
  • I like melodious sounds, there are many people who create those sounds, some of the ones I like are Kate Bush, The Beatles, Radiohead, Bloc Party & Bob Dylan. This love and obsession I hold for music is often a subject of many of my blog posts. I would say I have the most organised iTunes in the whole world.
  • I am currently a student of the dramatic arts. But it don’t mean I’m lah-di-dah or uppity, in fact I’d say there’s a cup-o’-tea for all!
  • I recently got married and you can read a bit about the lucky lady on the page entitled ‘Wife?’.
  • I like moving images, some of my very favourite are Fargo, The Elephant Man, To Kill A Mocking Bird & Babe. I often post film reviews and thoughts.
  • I also like making moving images, although at the moment they are short. Here’s me yoo-toob.
  • If you are a human you need to read this blog.

I don’t even make any money out of it!

It’s purely for you, the reader.

By the way:

‘Blewog is welsh for hairy - this blog is indeed welsh and hairy, like myself.’

Rhodri, I like your blog! It’s inspiring. I have a question about the Pilgrim’s Progress artwork displayed on your Aug. 29, 2008 Recent increase in secret confession type stuff means something – do you know where I can find it? I assume it’s from a Pilgrim’s Progress book — do you know which publisher and edition of Pilgrim’s Progress?

      Hey Kurt. Thanks for reading!

Regarding the Pilgrim’s Progress pic, I found it by simply typing in “pilgrims progress weight” on Google Image Search, it’s the first result that comes up. As to the publisher and other details, I am as lost as you. I was looking for a drawing of the moment when Christian finally gets the weight off his back and it rolls down the hill.

Thanks for the comment on the name of our blog. It seems that you’re envious of our hit count, and are eager to increase traffic to your blog. Your low amount of traffic is probably due to the low quality of your blog posts. I would suggest increasing in this area before considering that name change.

    Hi Rhodri,

I’ve just come across your blog and I thought it was a really good read, I loved your recent post with that youtube vid, pretty awesome.
We’ve created a travel-related item that I feel someone like you might be quite interested in. Essentially, it’s a quiz that’s been made just for a bit of fun, and it’s about adventurers and is generally just a fun thing to go with all things travel. I’d be really grateful if you could take a look at it and maybe put it up on your blog if you enjoy it, and I think it would even add some more value to your blog as a whole. It would be really helping me out if you could do this for me. You can find the quiz at http://www.tripbase.com/quiz/whichadventurer/, thanks!

    Thank you so much,
    Sarah.
